ISLE BREWERS VILLAGE FETE 2023

Bank Holiday Monday 26th August from 2.30pm. FREE entry.

Our Village Fete is held every summer on the August Bank Holiday. In 2023, we added classic cars, music and vintage clothes to the range of stalls and exhibits. The Main Fete, the Fun Dog Show, the Classic Cars and Live Music will be held in The Village Field opposite the Church. Refreshments and the beer tent will be found in the churchyard of All Saints/Joseph Wolff Hall. Ample parking will be available in the field next to the Church and will be sign-posted.

Main Fete

Stalls will include:
  Tombola
  Bric-a-brac
  Home Produce
  Books
  Skittles
  ‘Wine or Water?’ Lucky Dip Bottle stall
  Vintage and pre-loved clothing
  Raffle

We will have a Childrens’ Area with games such as:
  Splat-the-Rat
  Marbles
  Ski-ball
  Haribo cards

  Treasure Island
  Tin can knock down

Refreshments, in the churchyard, will include:
  Teas
  Coffees
  Cakes
  Beers
  Ciders

Fun Dog Show

At our Village Fete last year we held, for the first time, a Fun Dog Show, sponsored by St Giles Animal Centre. This proved to be so popular that St. Giles have kindly agreed to run and sponsor it again this year. Just turn up with your pooch and choose which classes you would like to enter. £2 per entry, per class.

  Prettiest Bitch
  Handsomest Dog
  Most adorable Puppy under 12 months
  Best Veteran over 8 years
  Child handler – up to 13 years
  Best Rescue Dog
  Scruffiest Dog
  Dog with the waggiest tail
  Best in Show & Reserve

Rosettes to 4th place.

We are also holding a Scurry. This is a timed competition aimed at finding the dog that retrieves the dummies in the fastest time. Great fun and very entertaining.

Classic Cars
